Shipping & Delivery

All orders received before 10 AM will be processed for shipping on the same business day. Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will be Shipped on Mondays. Our Business days are Monday to Saturday, excluding holidays.

The destination to which you want the order shipped to determines the time take to deliver your order. The main delivery zone expected times are:

• Metros 3-5 days
• Rest of the country 5-7 days

If, for some reason, your order takes longer than usual to ship, you will be notified via email!

We would love to offer free shipping but we incur relatively higher shipping costs on low value items since we are based out of the NorthEast. The NorthEast falls under the zone of its own with the highest shipping charges in the country. We therefore, charge a nominal Shipping charge for our logistics costs. Our Shipping Rates:

• Rs. 50 for orders upto half kg
• Rs. 80 for orders upto 1kg
• Orders over Rs 1500 will be shipped for free!

There are NO hidden charges when you make a purchase on Connect Odisha. Listed prices are final and all-inclusive. The price you see on the product page is inclusive of tax and is exactly what you would pay plus the Shipping costs (costs listed by weight of order above).

In your invoice, you will see a line item showing the tax break up since we are required to show it in invoices. This amount is subtracted from the product cost itself. Be assured that you are not getting double charged for taxes!
